1. What slippage will be used in trading through PT multistation? Is there some additional commission or spread?

PT multistation is just a trading terminal. These trading parameters are specified by your broker and PT multistation will not cause any additional fee.

2. Is data flowing through some your special server? What is delay for a quotes received with PT multistation?

PT multistation uses straight connection to your broker. There will be no additional delay.

3. Can you please provide me with the FIX tags for certification to set up a feed from …? Can you please let me know the IP address that we would use for the feed connection?

No. We can’t. If your broker supports FIX connection he will give you these settings. Since every broker has its own security policy we can’t trek them.

4. I’m trying your demo but it asking for a license code. What do I have to do?

15 minutes of connection is PT multistation demo time. You can use full functionality of the platform in demo mode, but you will need to reload it every 15 minutes.

5. I have an expert advisor for MetaTrader. Will it work on your platform?

Yes. PT multistation supports PTL, MQL and EasyLanguage scripting. You can use your advisors without conversion or you can convert them to PTL for further expanding of functionality.
PT multistation supports multi-language scripting, but you will need to recompile your EA in PTL Builder. So there are only source files accepted – you will be unable to use compiled .ex4 or other formats of files.

6. I can’t see account, trade and order details after reconnect to Currenex. What do I have to do?

This is Currenex FIX API issue. For now we’re working on enhancement of connection API together with Currenex and in close time this problem will be resolved.

7. I can only see 3 currency pairs, but I know my broker offers more. How to enable them?

Add this currency pair to WatchList panel. You will be subscribed and it will appear in all look-ups.

8. Will I be able to use Level II quotes through PT multistation? Is there trailing stop available?
